RIEFLIN, DECEASED, "GRANTOR ", convey and <br />release to DUANE RIEFLIN and DALE RIEFLIN, as tenants in common, <br />each an undivided one -half (1/2) interest, GRANTEES, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76 -201): <br />Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4 <br />SW1 /4) of Section Four (4), in Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as <br />follows, to -wit: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Four (4), in Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., running <br />thence East Twelve (12) Rods, thence North Eighteen (18) Rods, <br />thence West Twelve (12) Rods, thence South Eighteen (18) Rods, <br />to the place of beginning, the same containing one (1) acre, <br />more or less, excepting therefrom a certain tract of land <br />containing .212 acres for highway purposes described a <br />Warranty Deed recorded at Book 77 of the Deed Records at Page <br />302 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />and <br />An undivided three- fourths (3/4) interest in and to the <br />following described real property: <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Four (4), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, except that part thereof conveyed to Lloyd <br />Yager, Jr. and Virginia M. Yager by Deed recorded in Book 100 <br />at Page 188 of the Records in the office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds and except for public road right -of -way; <br />and <br />An undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in and to the following <br />described real property: <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Ten (10) , Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record. <br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons <br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate. <br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS have legal power and <br />lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />EXECUTED: o? 2001. <br />ESTATE OF DORIS M.
