VI. SPECIAL PROVISIONS 200002237 <br />A. This grant of perpetual conservation easement shall not be binding upon Holder until <br />accepted by Holder, as aforesaid. Execution and acknowledgment hereof by Grantor <br />prior to Holder's acceptance shall be binding upon Grantor until expiration of the <br />period of time allowed for acceptance by Holder, in consideration of the payment to <br />Grantor of a deposit in the sum of One dollar and other valuable consideration <br />($ 1.00 ) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which <br />is hereby expressly acknowledged by Grantor. The balance of the consideration shall <br />be paid by check or warrant mailed or personally delivered to Grantor at the address <br />set forth in Paragraph VI.B., below, within ten (10) days following acceptance by <br />holder as set forth herein. <br />B. Notice of acceptance of this grant of perpetual conservation easement sbaU be given <br />Grantor by certified mall addressed to Grantor at <br />and shall be effective upon the date of mailing, and such n ice shal be bind' g upon <br />Grantor without the need for a separate notice to each Grantor, if more than one. <br />C.
