Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ( "Lender "). DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2005 (the "Deed of Trust ") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Entered as Instrument No. 0200510095 on the 12th of October, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: THE WESTERLY SIXTY -ONE FEET (61') OF THE EASTERLY SEVENTY- FOUF("'F '.4E.74') OF LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK ONE (1) IN WESTERHOFF'S FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ,(SLAND, CL C Y, NEBRASKA The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3125 WESTSIDE ST, GRAND ISLAND,' NE 8803 -2339. . MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Extending maturity date to November 16, 2020. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note ").
