<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Roxann T
<br />Ellison, a single woman, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage
<br />Bank, Grand Island, NE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 4, 2011, and recorded on
<br />February 10, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No.
<br />0201101142, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on February 15, 2011, and recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 0201101283, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
