<br />DUANE RIEFLIN and DALE RIEFLIN, PERSONAL CO- REPRESENTATIVES OF

<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Four (4), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except that part thereof conveyed to Lloyd
<br />Yager, Jr. and Virginia M. Yager by Deed recorded in Book 100
<br />at Page 188 of the Records in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds and except for public road right -of -way;
<br />and
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Ten (10), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record.
<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS have legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
