<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ANTHONY J. PRINCIPI, Secretary of
<br />Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, party of the first part, for good
<br />and valuable consideration to him in hand paid by Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A.,
<br />not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee, or its permitted successors and assigns, on
<br />behalf of Vendee Mortgage Trust 2001 -1, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, has sold, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer unto
<br />said second party a certain indenture of mortgage bearing the date of September 13, 2000,
<br />executed by Alberto Solache and Alicia Solache, husband and wife, Mortgagors, in favor of
<br />the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Mortgagee, and conveying:
<br />The North 55.85 feet of Lot 1, Block 22, Nagy's Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />and which said mortgage was recorded in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />September 14, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200007576, together with the note therein
<br />described. THIS TRANSFER IS WITHOUT RECOURSE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN A
<br />POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2001.
<br />To have and to hold the same unto said second party, its successors and assigns subject
<br />only to the provisions in said mortgages contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day of February, 2001.
