GLOE and DIAN M. GLOE, husband and wife, as Trustor, <br />which Deed of Trust is recorded in as Instrument No. 200511288 in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. <br />SMITH, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following de- <br />scribed real estate: <br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N %2SW'%) of Section Ten (10), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor MARK A.
