App�icationaf Payments vr Prc�ceeds.Except as other�rise described in this Section�, a��payments <br /> accepted and appl�ed by Lender sha11 be app�ied in�he following order of pr�ority: [a}intere�t due under the <br /> Nate;�b}principa�due und�r th�Note; (c)amounts due under SeGtion 3. Such payments sha�l be app�ied to <br /> each Feri�d�c Paymen��n the order in which it became due.Any rema�n�ng amounts shall b�applied fust to <br /> late charges,second to any other�mounts due under this Security�n.strum�n�,and then to reduce the <br /> principal balaac�of the Note. <br /> If Lend�r rec��ves a payment from Borrower for a delinquent Period�c payment which inclu�les a sufficient <br /> amount to pay any late charge due,the payment may be applied to the delinquent payment and the late <br /> charge.
