KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Deed executed by Eric L Volden and Diane L Volden,
<br />to TRW TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, for the benefit of

<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with

<br />as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the
