<br />TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by OLD
<br />SEARS DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, Trustor to THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated November 23, 1999, and recorded November 30, 1999, As Instrument
<br />#0099111402, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) AND THE EASTERLY FORTY -FOUR
<br />(44) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK SIXTY -THREE (63), IN
<br />THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
