<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PROFFUTT
<br />LIMITED PARTNERSHIP to OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of AG CAPITAL COMPANY, A DELAWARE`
<br />CORPORATION, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 19, 1999 and recorded May
<br />21, 1999 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 99-
<br />105259, and Modification filed July 20, 1999 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No.
<br />99- 107286 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
