That a portion of an existing right of way of Washington Street, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Three (3), Service Center Subdivision located in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence southerly, along the westerly line of said <br />Lot Three (3), a distance of one hundred thirty two (132.0) feet to a particular corner of said Lot <br />Three (3); thence easterly along a particular East/West line of said Lot Three (3), a distance of <br />(40.0) feet to a particular corner of said Lot Three (3), thence southerly along the westerly line <br />of said Lot Three (3), a distance of one hundred forty eight (148.0) feet to the Southwest corner <br />of said Lot Three (3), said point also being on the northerly right -of -way line of North Front <br />Street; thence westerly along the northerly right -of -way line of North Front Street, a distance of <br />forty (40.0) feet; thence northerly, parallel with the easterly line of Lot Eight (8), Block Three <br />(3), Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, a distance of seventy four (74.0) <br />feet; thence westerly and parallel with the northerly right -of -way of said North Front Street, a <br />distance of forty (40.0) feet to a point on the easterly line of said Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3); <br />thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), and Lot One (1), <br />Block Three (3) Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, a distance of two <br />hundred six (206.0) feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1), Block Three (3), said point <br />also being on the southerly right -of -way line of Fourth Street; thence easterly along the <br />southerly right -of -way line of said Fourth Street, a distance of forty (40.0) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot Three (3), Service Center Subdivision, being the said Point of Beginning; <br />provided and conditioned that the City of Grand Island hereby reserves a sixteen (16.0) foot <br />wide perpetual public utility easement, in, over, underneath, and through the vacated area, and <br />all rights necessary and appurtenant thereto, as shown on the plat dated 10/21/2015, marked <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Approved as to Form G <br />November 9, 2015 0 City orney <br />22 <br />
