<br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust executed in favor of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, by JUAN FRANCISCO GARCIA AKA JUAN FRANCISCO GARCIA-
<br />MARTINEZ AND MARIA GARCIA AKA MARIA D GARCIA, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Grantor, with
<br />AREND R BAACK, ATTORNEY, as Trustee, was recorded 12/19/2002, as Document # 200214216, Hall Register
<br />of Deeds County Office of the Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska;
<br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and
<br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R.
<br />BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right,
<br />title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said reconveyance is
<br />prepared pursuant to the following written REQUEST FOR FULL RECONVEYANCE from the Beneficiary to
<br />AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY AT LAW, a MEMBER OF THE NEBRASKA STATE BAR ASSOCIATION:
<br />"The undersigned is the legal owner and holder of the note and all other indebtedness secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust described hereinbefore. Said note, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has
<br />been fully paid and satisfied; and you are hereby requested and directed, on payment to you of any sums owing to
<br />you under the terms of said Deed of Trust, to cancel said note above mentioned, and all other evidences of
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust delivered to you herewith, together with said Deed of Trust, and to
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the parties designated by the terms of said Deed of Trust, all the estate now held by
<br />you thereunder." The legal description of the subject real property (trust property) contained in the Deed of Trust
<br />described hereinbefore is as follows, or a copy of the Deed of Trust page containing the legal description is attached
<br />hereto: LOT EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK TWO (2), MEVES FIRST ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
