ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and adequacy of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, ALICE L. EADES,
<br />( "Assigno ") hereby assigns, transfers and delivers unto ALICE L.
<br />EADES, TRUSTEE, ( "Assignee ") all of the Assignor's right, title
<br />and interest in and to that certain Deed of Trust dated November
<br />15, 1994, executed by Mark E. Gloe and Dian M. Gloe, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustor, in favor of the Assignor, as Beneficiary, and
<br />which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 109145 and recorded against
<br />the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The South Half (Sk) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) and
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SWh) of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SEh) of Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting a certain tract therefrom as
<br />recorded in Survivorship Warranty Deed as Document No.
<br />90- 105687.
