<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JOSE A LEAL AND MINERVA S LEAL, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />ro,„ LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />• OCTOBER 10, 2012 and recorded OCTOBER 16, 2012 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />t REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in INSTRUMENT NO. 201208662, has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />O THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named
<br />O 14 therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />PART OF LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN AXT AND HAGGE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO -WIT: COMMENCING AT
<br />THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH ALONG AND UPON THE EAST
<br />BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT FOR A DISTANCE OF 43.5 FEET, RUNNING THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION
<br />TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT, WHICH POINT IS 41.5 FEET NORTH OF THE
<br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT, RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ON THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT
<br />A DISTANCE OF 41.5 FEET, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT, RUNNING THENCE EAST ON THE
<br />SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT FOR A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEINNING.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
