VanWechel a /k/a Joanna K. Vanwechel, husband and wife, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Troy S. Watson and <br />Jenna M.
