<br />Steffi A. Swanson, Attorney at Law, 1308 Galvin Road South,
<br />Heritage Square, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred
<br />to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter
<br />described, for valuable consideration, hereby grants and conveys to
<br />THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and
<br />assigns, c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood
<br />Road, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas 75244, as Assignee, Grantee, without
<br />any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Thirteen (13), Schimmer's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 17, 1999, and recorded on June 18, 1999,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Document #99- 106183 wherein Craig Steven Olderbak and Terri Elisa
<br />Olderbak, husband and wife, as joint tenants are named Trustors;
<br />and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $83,457.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet
<br />Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated June 17, 1999 and recorded on
<br />June 18, 1999 at Document #99- 106210 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee
<br />dated August 24, 2000, made by Fleet Mortgage Corp., F /K /A Fleet
