Raymond Bernal II and RYNOMIBROS, LLC, Defendants, <br />as Case No. CI 15 -574, regarding the following real estate: <br />All of the Fractional Lot Six (6), Fractional Block One Hundred Twenty Four (124), <br />Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and <br />its complement, described as follows: Commencing at a point 27.4 feet Westerly <br />from the Northeasterly corner of said Lot Six (6), above described, where the <br />Northerly line of said Lot Six (6), intersects with the East Line of Lot Sixteen (16), <br />of the County Subdivision of the SE % of SW % of Section 16, Township 11 North, <br />Range 9 West; continuing on said Northerly line of said Lot 6, 38.6 feet, thence <br />Southerly running parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 6, to the Easterly line <br />of said County Subdivision, thence due North to the place of beginning, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />the object and prayer of which is to: <br />Avoid the transfer of real property from Raymond M.
