<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />DOUGLAS LUTH and SHERRI LUTH to WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, Attorney at Law and
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of JACK T. STRATTON
<br />and SHIRLEY L. STRATTON, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated February 18, 2011, and recorded March 4, 2011, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 201101752, has been paid, and the said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as successor Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said successor Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of Lots Four (4) and One (1), in Wolfe Plaza Subdivision, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Twenty
<br />Four (24), said point being Four Hundred Eighty Seven and Five Tenths (487.5)
<br />feet north of the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4); thence westerly parallel to the north line of said Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE' /4), a distance of Forty Six and Ninety Five Hundredths (46.95) feet
<br />to a point on the westerly right of way line of Webb Road, this being the Actual
<br />place of beginning; thence continuing westerly along the last described course, a
<br />distance of Four Hundred Eighty Three and Nineteen Hundredths (483.19) feet to
<br />a point on the southerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 30; thence
<br />deflecting right 148 °47' and running northeasterly along said highway right of
<br />way line, a distance of Seventeen and Five Tenths (17.5) feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 12 °43' and running northeasterly along said highway right of way line, a
<br />distance of Two Hundred Ninety and Sixty One Hundredths (290.61) feet to a
<br />point of curvature; thence continuing northeasterly along said highway right of
<br />way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,779.79, a distance of One
<br />Hundred Ninety Seven and Twenty Five Hundredths (197.25) feet to a point on
<br />said westerly right of way line of Webb Road; thence southerly along said
<br />westerly right of way line of Webb Road, a distance of One Hundred Forty and
<br />Forty Six Hundredths (140.46) feet to the Actual place of beginning.
