<br />which Deed of Trust was dated MAY 15, 1991 and recorded on MAY 24. 1991 in the County Recorder's Office
<br />of HALL County, NEBRASKA as Document No. 91- 102960 of Official Records has been fully paid; said
<br />Deed of Trust conveyed real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) WESTERN HEIGHTS FIFTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, AREND R. BAACK, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R BAACK, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and convey unto the
<br />present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and interest derived to the said Trustee,
<br />by or through said Deed of Trust, in the real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA,
<br />therein described, together with the appurtenances, special references being hereby made to said Deed of Trust
<br />and the record thereof for a particular description of said real property.
