<br />Deed of Trust conveyed real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) WESTERN HEIGHTS FIFTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, AREND R. BAACK, is now the Trustee under the Deed of Trust noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, AREND R BAACK, as Trustee, does hereby grant, release, and convey unto the
