<br />Lovorn and Mary F. Lovorn, wife and husband, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee for the benefit of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY,
<br />INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY
<br />OF NEBRASKA, INC. BY MERGER DATED 10/ 18/99, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />October 31 ", 1996 and recorded November 1", 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County Nebraska, as Document Number 96- 10864jas been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these present, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
