Trebbe, as husband and wife, as Trustors, <br />did on or about October 11, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal <br />Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real <br />property <br />Lot Three (3), in Block Eight (8), Original Town, now City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 15, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 108079. Said Deed of Trust was re- recorded on November 1, 1996 <br />as Instrument No. 96- 108657. <br />On or about October 11, 1996, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
