<br />trust was filed September 17, 1997 as Inst. No. 97- 107726, assigned to The
<br />Money Store, formerly known as TMS Mortgage, Inc. d /b /a The Money Store, now
<br />known as HomeQ Serviong Corporation, by the instrument filed December 26, 1997
<br />as Inst. No. 97- 110893, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,

<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
