Shamberg, Trustee, and is with <br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Brett A. Duff, assignee of The <br />Duff Company, Incorporated, is Beneficiary, and Patrick K. Duff and <br />Susanne Marie Duff, husband and wife, are Trustors and James I. <br />Shamberg, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May 3, 1999, and <br />identified as Document No. 99- 104545, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1) in Block <br />Three (3) in West's Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NWY4NE %), Section Twenty (20) , Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., thence <br />South along the East line of said Lot One (1) and, as project- <br />ed, to a point on the East line of Lot Five (5) , Block Four <br />(4) in said West's Subdivision, which is 33.2 Feet South of <br />the Northeast corner of said lot and which point is the <br />intersection of the East line of said Lot Five (5) with the <br />Northerly line of the property now owned by the City of Grand <br />Island, which was condemned for viaduct purposes, thence <br />Westerly along the Northerly line of said property so con- <br />demned to a point which is Six Feet West of the West line of <br />said Block Five (5), thence North along the center line of <br />what was formerly the alley in said Blocks Three (3) and Four <br />(4), to a point Six Feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot <br />One (1) in said Block Three (3), thence East along the North <br />line of said Lot One (1) as projected Westerly, to the place <br />of beginning; being all of Lot One (1) in said Block Three <br />(3) , that part of Lot Five (5) in Block Four (4) which was not <br />condemned for viaduct purposes, one -half of the vacated alley <br />adjoining said Lots One (1) and Five (5) on the West, and that <br />part of what was formerly Thorn Street from the West line of <br />Waldo Avenue to the center line of said alley, all in said <br />West's Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />CD <br />Cl W. <br />Co ___4 <br />C:) <br />� <br />c <br />N <br />z <br />rn <br />o <br />=n <br />O <br />. <br />M <br />-� CD <br />iV <br />G7 <br />F•--� <br />O <br />O <br />y <br />O <br />n <br />O <br />p <br />S M <br />N <br />M <br />D <br />O <br />0 <br />F- <br />o <br />co <br />c. <br />n <br />C.3 <br />cn <br />W <br />THI DEED is dated and executed this & day of <br />2000, by James I.
