<br />BALDWIN AND RHONDA J BALDWIN HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,

<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 9,
<br />1999 and recorded NOVEMBER 16, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99110997 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
