<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 11; thence Southerly along the East line of said
<br />Section 11, a distance of 992.09 feet to the Northerly right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad;
<br />thence Southwesterly along said right -of -way line a distance of 1.795.59 feet; thence Northerly
<br />parallel to the East line of said Section 11, a distance of 1,814.17 feet to the North line of said Section
<br />11, thence Easterly along the North line of said Section 11, a distance of 1,613.26 feet to the place of
<br />beginning and containing 51.955 acres more or less of which 1.955 acres more or less presently
<br />occupied by road right -of -way.
<br />Parcel 2:
<br />The NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., North of the Union
<br />Pacific Railroad tract, Hall County, Nebraska, except for approximately three acres in the NW 1/4 NE
<br />1/4 of Section 11, commencing at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, thence running
<br />East 260 feet; thence South 518 feet; thence West 260 feet; thence North 518 feet to the point of
<br />beginning and except a tract commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 11, Township 11, North,
<br />Range 9, thence Westerly 1,613.26 feet; thence Southerly 1,814.17 feet to the North right of way line of
<br />the Union Pacific Railroad; thence Northeasterly 1,795.59 feet; thence Northerly to the point of
<br />beginning, a distance of approximately 992.09 feet containing 51.955 acres more or less, of which
<br />1.955 is occupied as a right right of way.
