Williams and Stacie A. Williams, as husband and <br />wife, as Trustors, did on or about May 27, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial <br />Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed ofTrust wherein said Trustors conveyed the <br />following- described real property: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Eleven (11), Shimmer's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings & <br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May <br />30, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- <br />104204. <br />On or about May 27, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial <br />Federal Mortgage Corporation.
