WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JEFFREY SCOTT RICHARDSON AND JANE LOUISE RICHARDSON, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, A/K/A JEFFREY S RICHARDSON AND JANE L RICHARDSON,
