The trustor is John D. <br />Folsom and Sallie S. Folsom , whose address is 1504 West 2nd STREET, GRAND ISLAND, <br />Nebraska 68801 ( "Borrower "). The term "Borrower" does not include the Borrower's successors or <br />assigns. The trustee is First American Title Insurance Company, Claims National Intake Center, 1 <br />First American Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707 ( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Mortgage Electronic <br />Registration Systems Inc. ( "MERS "), which is organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, <br />and whose address is Delaware. The beneficiary of this Security Instrument is MERS (solely as nominee for Lender and <br />Lender's successors and assigns) and the successors and assigns of MERS.
