WAIVER OF REDEMPTIVE HOMESTEAD PROTECTION ACT <br />PREFACE TO DEED OF TRUST 200002011 <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Farm Homestead Protection Act Neb. RRS <br />76 -1901 et seq. Duane Rieflin and Dale Rieflin, Personal Co- Representatives of the Estate of <br />Wayne C. Rieflin, Deceased, and Duane Rieflin and Dale Rieflin, Personal Co- Representatives <br />of the Estate of Doris M. Rieflin, Deceased, and Duane Rieflin and Vada Rieflin, husband and <br />wife, as individuals, the undersigned trustors in the attached Deed of Trust hereby acknowledge: <br />That we understand that we have the right to make a designation of a Redemptive <br />Homestead in the Deed of Trust in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Farm <br />Homestead Act: <br />2.
