200002004 <br />A tract of land comprising all of the northerly Four (4.0) feet of the southerly Ten <br />(10.0) feet (measured perpendicular to the south line) of Lot Nineteen (19), Routing's <br />First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract <br />extending from the west line of said Lot Nineteen (19) to the east line of said Lot <br />Nineteen (19) and lying north of and adjacent to an existing Six (6.0) foot wide <br />easement, as shown on the plat dated February 9, 2000 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference; <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across <br />such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and <br />trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other <br />obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, inspection, <br />repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
