<br />NOTICE is hereby given this day of February, 2001, to VITO CEJAUSKAS and
<br />NORMA JEAN CEJAUSKAS, husband and wife, Trustor, by WELLS FARGO BANK
<br />NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, formerly known as Norwest Bank Nebraska, National
<br />Association, Trustee, on behalf of WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, formerly known as Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, Beneficiary,
<br />under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Trustor on or about February 28, 1995, and recorded
<br />on March 1, 1995, as Instrument Number 95- 101168 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />covering real property described therein as follows:
<br />Lot 1, Lil' Cow Pokes Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />formerly known as
<br />Lots 3, 4 and 5, Warren Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and the Southerly Eighty (80) Feet of Lot Thirteen (13) in Warren Subdivision, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />That a breach of an obligation for which the Trust Property was conveyed has occurred in
<br />that Trustor has: (a) failed to make payments due from and after April 28, 2000, in the total amount
<br />of $24,675.90, plus late charges thereon; and (b) failed to pay real estate taxes for 1997, 1998, 1999
<br />and 2000.
<br />That said breach must be cured within thirty -one (31) calendar days from the date of this
<br />Notice, and no other breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security
<br />shall have occurred and remain uncured; and
