Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JAN A STEEPLE AND
<br />JUDY M STEEPLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 17, 1999 and recorded JUNE 14,
<br />1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />99- 105992 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Q
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
