<br />RUDOLF F PLATE AND JEANNICE R PLATE, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND TIM C
<br />PLATE, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated June 11, 1991, and recorded June 11, 1991, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 91- 103666 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: also releasing THE
<br />DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT FILE SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 AS
<br />DOCUMENT # 97- 107683
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />THE WEST SEVENTEEN (17) FEET OF LOT THREE (3) AND ALL OF LOT FOUR (4) BLOCK
<br />FOUR (4) DILL AND HUSTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
