EASEMENT <br />/aka Jose Pevnoso- Jacinto <br />1. That for and in consideration of: Grantee Jose Reynoso purchas Lot <br />Two (2) Grimminger Subdivision of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />from Grantors Sam Grimminger and Kay Grimminger, Grantee as of October 4 , 2015 <br />is hereby granted an "Access Easement" over and upon Lot 1 Grimminger Subdivision of <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which easement is shown on the hereto <br />attached plat made a part hereof by reference, but only for the purpose of Grantee's <br />vehicle parking access, as hereinafter limited, to space owned by Grantee (27 feet by 15 <br />feet) designated as "Area A" on said plat for vehicle parking. <br />2. That Grantee accepts this easement and fully understands as follows: <br />a. That this easement is not exclusive to Grantee as Grantors reserve the <br />right to use said easement area in any manner not inconsistent with Grantee's limited use <br />as herein granted; <br />b. That this easement shall be utilized only in conjunction with Grantee's <br />use of said space (27 feet by 15 feet) to wit "Area A" for parking of operable vehicles in <br />association with conduct of lawful business on Grantee's property, to wit: Lot Two (2), <br />Grimminger Subdivision of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and for no <br />other purpose; <br />c. That this easement shall be used by Grantee only for the purpose of <br />vehicular ingress and egress to and from said space, to wit: "Area A" and Grantee shall <br />not in any way encroach upon other land owned by Grantors North, South, East and West <br />of said easement, or disturb the use and enjoyment of said other land by Grantor and <br />Grantee shall not permit said easement to become obstructed in any manner that will <br />interfere with use of Grantor's property North, South East and West of said easement. <br />1 <br />201507410 <br />
