<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated April
<br />20, 1996, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Charles E. Carpenter and
<br />Marilyn M. Carpenter, husband and wife, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), except the East 37 Feet and the West 16 Feet, Block Three (3), Westerhoffs
<br />First Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which was recorded on April 23, 1996, as document number #96- 103006, of the Records of the
<br />Register of Deeds, County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation has
<br />caused these presents to be executed by a Loan Officer and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto
