<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2009, executed by Edwin D Bolanos and Angela
<br />M Bolanos, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument Number 0200807093 on the 15th of August,
<br />2008 & 0200905021 on the 22nd day of June, 2009 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT 1, BOLANOS SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trusts dated June 2, 2008 & June 18, 2009,
<br />recorded as Instrument Number 0200807093 on June 2, 2008 & 0200905021 on the 22nd of June 2009 in
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real
<br />estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of October, 2015.
