<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by CHARLES H
<br />HOFFMAN AND CHRISTINE M HOFFMAN , HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL .SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 22, 1999 and
<br />recorded APRIL 1, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 99- 103346 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FOURTEEN (14) IN BLOCK "B" IN PARKVIEW SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE
<br />NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4) OF SECTION TWENTY NINE (29), AND THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY EIGHT (28), BOTH IN
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
