Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Sarpy <br />County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under <br />the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, <br />hereby grants and conveys to NICE HOMES, INC., 2327 W. 11 Grand <br />Island NE 68803, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, <br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Eighty -Two (82), Wheeler and Bennett's <br />Fourth Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated May 1, 2002, and recorded on May 1, 2002, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at <br />Instrument #0200204726 wherein Clinton A Cramer and Melanie C Nolan <br />are named Trustors; and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., is named <br />Beneficiary; and Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank is <br />named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, <br />on the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $50,212.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof.
