J. Thayer <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated August 30, 1989 and recorded September 5, 1989 in the Office of the REGISTER OF <br />DEEDS of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument # 89- 104730 has been paid, and said <br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />ALSO RELEASING LOAN MODIFICATION AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT <br />WITH RELEASE DATED OCTOBER 4, 1991 AND FILED NOVEMBER 8, 1991 DOCUMENT <br />NO. 91- 107563. <br />ALSO RELEASING EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 1990 AND <br />FILED OCTOBER 3, 1990 DOCUMENT NO. 90- 105684. <br />ALSO RELEASING EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 30, 1992 AND <br />FILED NOVEMBER 5, 1992 DOCUMENT NO. 92- 109621. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release <br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said <br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises; <br />LOT ONE (1), LOESCHER SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 12th <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />day of February 2001 <br />�j <br />f <br />Trustee: Arend R.
