DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ir�
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated April 20, 1992 and December 20, 1999 and executed by Dennis a
<br />D. Fierstein and Cheryl A. Fierstein, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was Entered on April 28, 1992 and
<br />December 27, 1999, as Instrument No.'s 92- 103598 and 99- 112172, in the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds Office, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Easterly Fifty -Two (E52) feet of Lot Four (4) and the Westerly Twenty -Eight (W28) feet of Lot
<br />Three (3), Block Eight (8), Morris Fifth Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of February, 2000.
