DEED OFRECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ir� <br />under the Deeds of Trust dated April 20, 1992 and December 20, 1999 and executed by Dennis a <br />D. Fierstein and Cheryl A.
