2 <br />200001912 <br />ADDENDUM TO DEED OF TRUST <br />Dated s, M'o <br />Paragraph 11 of the Deed of Trust is Deleted, and the following inserted in its place: <br />11. Events of Defauh. The following shall constitute an Event of Default <br />under this Deed of Trust: <br />a. Failure to pay any installment of principal or interest secured <br />hereby when due; <br />b. The sale or other transfer to the Property or any interest of <br />the Trustor therein; <br />c. The failure to maintain in M force and effect all insurance <br />required to be maintained on or with respect to the Property; <br />d. The failure to pay property taxes or assessments upon the <br />Property prior to delinquency; <br />e. Action or inaction by Trustor which results in the filing, <br />recording or attachment of alien upon the Property superior <br />to that of the Lender, <br />£ The determination that any statement given or made by the <br />Trustor or Borrower in connection with any aspect of the <br />obligation secured hereby is fraudulent or materially <br />misrepresentative; <br />g. The commission of waste with respect to the Property; <br />h.
