<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated the 1�5 day of February, 2001, between GEORGE J.
<br />OVERFIELD and DEBORAH K. OVERFIELD, husband and wife, whose address is 2023 W.
<br />Lamar Ave., Grand Island, NE 68801 (referred to below as "Grantor "), and OLD REPUBLIC
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation, 400 2 "d Avenue South,
<br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 (referred to below as "Trustee "), in favor of BUSINESS LOAN
<br />CENTER, INC., a Delaware corporation, whose address is 645 Madison Ave, 19th Floor, New
<br />York, New York 10022 (referred to below as "Beneficiary ").
<br />WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable consideration, Grantor does hereby bargain, sell, grant,
<br />confirm, assign and convey onto Trustee, its successors and assigns in trust forever, with power of
<br />sale, all of Grantor's estate, right, title and interest in each and all of the following described real
<br />property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, structures,
<br />improvements, plumbing, heating, lighting, ventilating, refrigerating, air conditioner apparatus, and
<br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and
<br />ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); all rights of ingress and egress
<br />on or within the real property, and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property,
<br />including, without limitation, all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, located in Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska (the "Real Property "):
<br />Lot 7 in Brach's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and
<br />a tract of ground more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot 7, Brach's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; thence westerly along the Southeasterly line of LaMar Avenue, a distance of
<br />15.0 feet; thence Southeasterly perpendicular to said Southeasterly line of LaMar
<br />Avenue, a distance of 26.44 feet, to the Westerly line of said Lot 7; thence Northerly
<br />along the Westerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 30.35 feet to the place of beginning,
