DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY OF LOIS ANN (NMN) MEISTER KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Lois Ann (NMN) Meister, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents, do make, constitute and appoint Carol Ann Harris and/or Linda Marie Davis my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead, and on my behalf, to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things. I. To receive debts, payments and property.
