01 2, V <br />o <br />11 Li d <br />0 <br />W <br />0) <br />CONSENT TO <br />WITNESSETH: <br />nn <br />AS MEMBER OF LAR UE SUBDIVISION <br />HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION <br />COMPLY WITH DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND <br />RESTRICTIONS OF LARUE SUBDIVISION <br />THE UNDERSIGNED, hereinafter referred to as "Owner ", HEREBY CONSENTS TO <br />COMPLY WITH the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of LaRue Subdivision that was <br />recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on December 18, 2006 as Instrument No. <br />200611167 ( "Covenants ") and hereby agrees to have the property described below held subject <br />to said Covenants and Restrictions. <br />Owner is the owner in fee simple title of real estate, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Property ", located in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Lots Forty -Seven (47), Forty -Eight (48), Fifty -Three (53), Fifty -Five (55), <br />Fifty -Eight (58), Fifty -Nine (59) and Sixty (60) in LaRue Third Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />FURTHER, OWNER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT pursuant to owning <br />Property, subject to the Covenants, Owner is a Member of the "LaRue Subdivision Homeowners <br />Association, LLC" hereinafter referred to as the "Homeowners Association ", or "Association ", <br />which is a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, created on behalf of the owners and future <br />owners of lots in the LaRue Subdivision. Owner agrees to pay the Association Dues and/or <br />Annual Assessments and failure to pay said annual assessments or dues shall be a violation of <br />these covenants and restrictions. <br />Owner, by execution of this Declaration, states that the Property shall be conveyed <br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Declaration which shall run with the land and be <br />binding upon all parties having any right, title or interest in the Property or any part thereof, their <br />heirs, successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of each owner. <br />Le 0 U <br />
