May 23, 2016 Ts m v� This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds LICENSE AGREEMENT - AMENDMENT NO. 1 This Amendment relates to the License Agreement executed on April 14, 2015, (the "Agreement ") by and between the City of Grand Island, a municipality organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, having its principal office in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called Licensor, and Northwestern Energy, having its principal office at 3010 W 69 Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57108, hereinafter called Licensee, (collectively, the "Parties "). 1. AMENDED PROVISIONS. Article I of the original agreement is hereby amended to allow for additional soil boring locations on the Licensor's public right -of -way as indicated on the attached Figure 1, dated 2015/9/8. The additional soil borings will be performed for the purpose of environmental characterization. All other sections of the original license agreement shall remain in effect.
