200001896 <br />The Court found that the Plaintiff is not entitled to damages in a strict <br />foreclosure matter. <br />The Court further found that all rights that the Defendant Lori Ann <br />Kolar may have had in the following property located at 3005 East Highway <br />30, Grand Island, Nebraska are extinguished. <br />A certain part of Lot Five (5) Voss Subdivision which is <br />situated in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(El /2SW1 /4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(W 1 /2 SE 1 /4) of Section Eleven (11) Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast <br />corner of said Lot 5 and running thence South along and upon <br />the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 280 Feet, running <br />thence West, at an angle of 90 degrees, oo' to the right, a <br />distance of 100.00 Feet, running thence North a distance of <br />209.5 Feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5, Voss <br />Subdivision, running then Northeasterly along and upon the <br />North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 230 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 0.927 acres more or less; <br />together with all improvements and appurtenances but less that <br />part of the frontage on Highway # so, which will be taken by <br />the State of Nebraska for improvement of East Highway #30, <br />which tract remains the property of the Seller. <br />All subject to easements of record or discernible by inspection or utility <br />easements. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by this Court that Lori Ann Kolar has <br />no interest in the above described property and that all such interests are <br />vested in the Plaintiff and that this Journal Entry acts in lieu of a deed. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
