<br />Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to GRAND ISLAND TRUST & FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., TRUSTEE FOR THE
<br />ROBERT L. SIEMERS AND BETTY J. SIEMERS REVOCABLE TRUST, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL County, Nebraska:

<br />REFERENCE.
<br />This reconv"eyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 99- 100693, on January 21, 1999, pursuant to Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
