Lot Nineteen (19), Block Three (3), Morris Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings <br />Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 16, 1995, in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 107877. <br />On or about November 21, 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all <br />of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. <br />The Assignment was recorded November 30, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 108221. <br />Michael E.
