<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated FEBR 1, 1996 and recorded in c,
<br />the Real Estate Records of Hall County, Nebraska as Document U 96- 100842,
<br />ROBERT A. MATTKE & GAIL E•. MATTKE husband and wife, did convey
<br />certain real .estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of Grand Island Investment
<br />Company, therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the -obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been
<br />satisfied and said Trustee has received written request by such
<br />Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity
<br />as Trustee under the •above - described. Trust Deed, herein called the
<br />Grantor, -in consideration of. the satisfaction' of the indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such•Trust.Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release
<br />and re- confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein
<br />called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />The Easterly One- Fourth of Lot Seventeen (17) and all-of Lot Eighteen (18),
<br />all in Block Nine (9), in Parkhill Third Subdivision, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />to have and to hold the above- described premises, together with all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the
<br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
